Fáelán [Pronouced Fay-lawn}
Nicknames: Fae, Faerie27, Queer, she/they/he, Canadian illustrator & comic artistFáelán is a queer illustrator and comic artist based in Ontario, Canada.
They graduated Durham College Fine Arts Program in 2022 with honors. After graduating, Fáelán began selling their artworks at TFCON Toronto 2024 in November and have continued expanding her business since then.
They work primarily in Clip Studio Paint but occasionally dabble in watercolour and traditional media.She loves Anime, Comics, Dungeons & Dragons and TTRPGS, Iced Coffee, Blind Boxes, Cats, Burgers and Sharks.

$45 - Sketch (Full Body): A quick, lightly detailed drawing with minimal rendering
$60 - Full Colour & Render (Full body): Fully rendered illustration with coloured line-art and details.Add On's!
Want an upgrade? Below are the most common add on's and their associated fees.Detailed Background: +$20Wings: +$10 (Feathered Wings: +$15)Pets: Small: +$5 / Medium / +$10 Large/Mount: +$30Complex Detail: +$20 (Includes elaborate tattoos, highly engineered weapons or tools, instruments, tedious patterns such as scale or etched plate, etc. When in doubt, simply add it on and let me know what part of the character you want me to make extra fancy.)Additional Characters: +$10 each. (The additional charge is due to the compositional challenges that arise when multiple characters share the same image. Characters ordered as separate images do not apply this fee!)Payment Process:
Majority of my payments and commissions are through Ko-Fi, however, I can also accept orders through my email and paypal.I take half the payment up front and the other half when the job is done. The final product will only be delivered once I have received payment in full.

Please do not pay the entire total in advance, it’s actually quite inconvenient for me!Please send an email to [email protected] detailing your character’s basic features: species, class, age, sex/gender, skin/eye color, etcYou may choose to include a backstory for your character. Backstories help me get a deeper sense of the character’s personality and appearance.Please note that as a professional I will be taking artistic license with the character design. I’m the kind of artist that thrives on freedom. The more room I have to explore and play around, the more fun I’m going to have. The more fun I have, the better the picture will be.Once I start work on your piece you will be contacted in "checkpoints" to approve or adjust the artwork, please note. Only two major revisions are allowed. Once I start working on the piece, some changes become much more difficult to make. I’m happy to make minor modifications within reason. Larger changes may require additional fees, or a new commission.“I’ve Changed My Mind!”
You can modify your commission at any time before I start working on the piece. You can upgrade or include additional add on's simply by paying the difference. You can even change the character information entirely. Just remember that I cannot provide refunds for downgrades.Legal Information
All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, and is not allowed to be used in Generative AI training, under any circumstances. You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace.In addition, any art I create is my own. Unless exclusive rights are purchased I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.Thank You!
